Rules

These rules of activities govern the use of the SnackVideo application ("SnackVideo"), provided and operated by Joyo Technology Pte. Ltd. ("we" or the "Company"), as well as the delivery or payment of any rewards or benefits to SnackVideo individual users in Pakistan (in each case, a "User") for performing certain activities through the application (together, the "Activities").

These rules of activities are an integral part of SnackVideo's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these rules by reference and may be accessed at any time by Users at the following addresses respectively: https://www.snackvideo.com/www/service and https://www.snackvideo.com/www/privacy (collectively, the "Rules"). By participating in an Activity, the User confirms that he/she has read, understood, agreed upon and adhered to the entire content of the Rules. Additional relevant information may be available on the activity page associated with the specific Activity for the eligible User for the reward (the "Activity Page").

Failure to comply with any of the Rules will disqualify the User from receiving any rewards or benefits related to the Activities.

For clarification purposes, no purchase or payment of any kind will be necessary or required from the User to register with SnackVideo or in order to receive a reward; no purchase or payment by the User will increase his/her chances of receiving a reward or benefit.

Neither SnackVideo's activities nor payment of any reward or benefit to Users constitutes a game of chance, lottery, sweepstake or contest, as each User who participates and completes a designated Activity as described below will receive an established reward or benefit. SnackVideo’s Activities do not involve luck, auctions or contest and the rewards or benefits related to them are based on objective award criteria. Other than as expressly set out in this agreement, SnackVideo does not make any promises or commitments about the activities, Services, or Platform, such as the specific function of the Program, or its reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. The platform and services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SnackVideo excludes all warranties, express, statutory or implied. SnackVideo expressly disclaims the warranties or conditions of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

The Company reserves the right to add, delete or modify any of the Activities. If changes are made to the Activities, these Rules will be updated accordingly. The Company will also provide additional information on the Activity Page.
Please read these terms carefully before participating in the activities. If you do not agree to these Terms, you cannot participate in the activities.

I. Overview of the Activity
1. Eligibility of Referrer
a. The Activities are intended exclusively for Users (“Referrer”) who are existing users of SnackVideo’s latest version and are currently located and reside in Pakistan and who are 18 years or older (or have the consent from his/her parents or legal guardian). Users located outside Pakistan may not participate and are not eligible for the rewards or benefits provided for in these Rules. Users must have on their behalf an active account/e-wallet/withdraw platform/financial platform (usually provided by thirt-party payment platform, in each case an "Account") and must provide the information necessary to link such Account/e-wallet/withdraw platform in accordance with Section III below. By participating in an Activity, the User adheres to the content of the Rules and confirms that he/she meets the eligibility criteria set out above.
b. To demonstrate that they comply with the eligibility conditions and be rewarded for Activities, Users may be required to provide certain personal data at any time while using SnackVideo. The said data will be used under our Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Definition of "New User"
a. SnackVideo will regard a user to be a “New User” when he/she is not an existing user of SnackVideo and are currently located and reside in Pakistan and who are 18 years or older (or have the consent from his/her parents or legal guardian). Additionally, New Users should not have used other Invitaion Code(s) to sign up for a SnackVideo account.
b. A user may only qualify as a New User once, regardless of how many devices or SnackVideo accounts that User maintains or creates.

II. Activity Rules
1. Referral Program
a. We will provide Referrer with a code which combines numbers with letters (“Invitation Code”). Referrer can share the Invitation Code to their friends, family members, co-workers or any individuals who are defined as New Users under the aforementioned definition.
b. New Users shall sign up for a new account of SnackVideo and bind such Invitation Code.
c. Once New Users have successfully signed up for a SncakVideo account and log in for the first time on SnackVideo, it means that Referrer has successfully invite New Users to SnackVideo, and he/she will be rewarded with a reward for each successful invitation, as described in the activity page.
2. New User Sign-up Reward.
a. A New User may obtain a reward (as determined in the activity page), once the New User sign up on SnackVideo and successfully log in for the first time (“New User Sign-up Reward”).
b. Each User is eligible for a New User Sign-up Reward only once (even if the User has more than one SnackVideo account, which shall not be considered as a New User).
3. Retention Program for Referrer and New User
1. "Watching videos to earn coins" rule
1). After downloading SnackVideo APP (Pakistan) and logging in, users would watch videos as usual. When the effective viewing time is met, the platform will give the user coins reward. The rewards for specific categories of videos are subject to on-screen display and distribution. Some users that watch videos of a specified time during the limited-time event (but the repeated playback of the same video only counts as one playback time) can receive additional currency rewards, specifically in the limited-time event display and user participation in currency Reward shall prevail.
2). During the event, the platform will give users a certain amount of gold coin rewards based on the user's accumulated daily video viewing time. The specific rewards are subject to page display and distribution.
3). A coin is a token. The coins earned by users every day will be reviewed by the platform; with which, users can make cash withdrawals or redeem gift coupons. The specific exchange method is subject to the exchange rules displayed on the activity page of each device and operating system, same as below.
4). The platform may adjust the coin exchange rate according to the product promotion strategy, the impact of operating income, etc., and the details are subject to receipts or the page display.
5). So far, the task of getting coins from watching videos is under adjustment. SnackVideo will control the range and content of the test based on our operation ability and other factors. The details are subject to what is actually shown. Maybe some of our users cannot see this task section while entering this event. We appreciate your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.
2. Rules of "Checking in and Collecting Coins"
1). After downloading SnackVideo APP (Pakistan), users can obtain coins by completing the check-in task every day. The specific check-in coin rewards are subject to the event page and distribution.
2). If the user's continuous check-in is interrupted (for any reason) or the user has checked in continuously for 30 days, the number of consecutive check-in days and coin rewards will be recalculated from the first day.
3). So far, the task of getting coins by logging-in is under adjustment. SnackVideo will control the range and content of the test based on our operation ability and other factors. The details are subject to what is actually shown. Maybe some of our users cannot see this task section while entering this event. We appreciate your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.

III. Withdrawal and Redemption of Rewards
1. Income statement
1). Users can earn coins, cash, and gift coupons by completing the tasks provided in this APP.
2). Users need to exchange currency rewards manually. The specifics are subject to the platform display. The exchange rate is affected by the operating income of each day and will fluctuate. The specifics are subject to the account.
3). If the currency is not received in time, don't worry, there may be a delay.
4). We have the right to prevent users from using/collecting coins and withdrawing/redeeming rewards and cancel the rewards obtained by users.
2. Withdrawal/Redeem Rules
Reminder: Different devices and operating systems have different ways to withdraw revenue. The details are subject to the withdrawal/exchange rules displayed on the activity page of each device and operating system.
1. The platform sets different levels of withdrawal/redeem limits according to the activity's operational capabilities, and the details are subject to the withdrawal/redeem page display. The user can select the desired withdrawal/redeem limit each time, and the remaining amount can apply for withdrawal/redeem when the aforementioned withdrawal/redeem limit is fulfilled next time.
2. The user can choose to withdraw/redeem coins to the user's wallet, or choose to redeem coupons. For details, see the wallet or related pages. The cash redeemed successfully will be directly transferred into the wallet. Please operate the withdrawal in the wallet. For any questions about the withdrawal stage, please refer to the wallet page FAQ.
3. We have the right to prevent users from using/collecting coins and withdrawing/redeeming rewards and cancel the rewards obtained by users.
IV. General Rules
1. Personal Data. Our use of your personal data and that of any New Users will be subject to these Terms as well as to the Privacy Policy.
2. Right of Company. If a User has ever been or is reasonably suspected, in the sole discretion and determination of the Company, of violating these Rules, our Terms of Service, and Community Guidelines, the Company shall have the right to take measures which may include, but are not limited to, canceling the User’s account, cancelling Activity qualification, disapproving rewards, restricting withdrawal, clearing account balances, restricting login, banning the account, and restricting re-registration and use. SnackVideo and the Company will also have the right to retract the cash or coins received by the User, recover the amount withdrawn or the amount equivalent to the coins or cash, and take further legal actions against the User if deemed necessary. Violations of these Rules, our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines include, but are not limited to, downloading unofficial versions of the app; using mobile phone numbers that are suspected of being high-risk spam numbers; using illegal tools such as simulators, plug-ins, app emulating software to scan codes, download, install, register, log in, donate, receive coins or cash, or withdraw cash; using the same mobile device to repeatedly register and log into multiple accounts; tampering with device data; disturbing the order of the platform, such as through malicious behavior; using plug-ins, group control systems or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify or exert other influence on the platform and disturbing the functionality of the App; and other improper means considered by the Company. For any loss to the User caused by any of the above acts, the platform assumes no liability and will not make any compensation or reimbursement for such loss.
3. Update of the Terms. We may modify or update the terms of the Activity or the SnackVideo Rewards, including the amount of SnackVideo Rewards, withdrawal method, or limitation to any SnackVideo Rewards withdrawal for each Participant at any time in its sole discretion or owing to any changes/amendments in laws, rules or regulations of the applicable jurisdiction. The modified or updated terms will be posted and effective upon posting, or otherwise as dated.
4. Limitation of Liability. SnackVideo shall not be liable for any event of force majeure (including natural disasters, pandemic, activities subject to the instructions of government agencies, cyberattacks), any technical, hardware, software or inherent defects in telephone sets of any kind and shall also be held harmless from any lost or unavailable network connections, faults, incompleteness, inaccuracies, or delays caused by you or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Activity or any human or non-human error that may occur in the processing of this Activity including inability to withdraw or any withdrawal errors resulted.
5. Parties’ Relationship. Your participation in the Activity does not imply any agency, representation, sponsorship, or endorsement between the Company and you.
6. SnackVideo Promotional Activities. By participating in the Activity, you agree that SnackVideo and our affiliates may display your username, account photo, and any other information regarding your activity or participation in the Program and to display, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide, in any media and at any time, your name, picture, voice, and/or likeness for promotional, marketing or related purposes without additional compensation or consent.
7. Confidentiality. Any information about the Company, its affiliates, or its products, including the Platform and the Services, that are made available to you under this Activity, including but not limited to this Agreement, that is not otherwise publicly available is Company’s confidential information (“Confidential Information”). You agree not to disclose Company’s Confidential Information to any third party under any circumstance, unless approved in writing by Company.
8. Assignment. Participant will not assign, sell, transfer, delegate or otherwise dispose of, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, by operation of law or otherwise, this Agreement or any or its rights or obligations under this Agreement without Company’s prior written consent. Company may freely assign this Agreement or any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the consent of Participant.
9. Severability. If any of these terms are found to be illegal, invalid otherwise unenforceable then they shall be deleted from these Terms and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
10. Governing Law and Settlement Forum. This Program is subject to compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of Republic of Singapore. All terms & conditions of this Program shall be interpreted and construed according to laws of Republic of Singapore and any dispute shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of SIAC.

1. Banned users cannot participate in any User Activities covered by the Rules, or otherwise use SnackVideo.
2. Violations of these Rules, our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines include, but are not limited to, downloading unofficial versions of the App; using mobile phone numbers that are suspected of being high-risk spam numbers; using illegal tools such as simulators, plug-ins, app emulating software to scan codes, download, install, register, log in, donate, receive SnackVideo diamonds or cash, or withdraw cash; using the same mobile device to repeatedly register and log into multiple accounts; tampering with device data; distributing the order of the platform, such as through malicious behavior; using plug-ins, group control systems or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify or exert other influence on the platform and distributing the functionally of the App, and other improper means considered by the Company. For any loss to the User caused by any of the above acts, the platform assumes no liability and will not make any compensation or reimbursement for such loss.
